DP> is realy not the issue right ! it's the heart...
It's not exactly the heart either. It's the family, and the nation that
counts. What one "feels" is not the ultimate thing, any more than blood
is. To be a member of one of the first nations, you have to be a member
of a family of that nation, and a citizen of that nation. Now, one
might become a member of a family of that nation by adoption as well as
by birth. One might become a citizen by naturalization as well as by
birth. But the family has to recognize you as a member of the family,
and the nation has to recognize you as a member of the nation. It is
not enough for you to recognize yourself as a family member and as a
citizen.
