OK folks... can we get back to the regularly scheduled channel and off the 
Jim and Tami Show?

Just to bring this full circle to folks who may not have been around for 
awhile (Let's see... I'm talking circa early 1992 here), the rule regarding 
preaching came about in this echo because of one individual who just couldn't 
figure out that this was not the BIBLE echo. Her attitude was much like Kit's 
(although she was far more persistent). There were five moderators in those 
days (can anyone name them all?) and the two guys whose names started with 
the same letter wrote the "no religious sentiments" rule. Everyone had had 
enough of it...pure and simple. I'm not anxious to see that tape replayed 
here now. There are plenty of religious echoes for folks who want to share 
their faith after all.
