Here's an example os RA using TelSrv 4.0. In this example, they call
NetFoss (NF.BAT) and pass the handle as a command line parameter. You just
include some lines in the NF.bat to create a custom DOOR32.SYS using this
info so that when the BBSLink door runs, it can read the custom DOOR32.SYS
and let you connect.
