The document is poorly formatted, if it has a hard page break for every page.
I offer two suggestions.
First, remove all hard page breaks and let Word do the pagination. Hard page
breaks would then be inserted only where necessary for new chapters, etc.
Second, if you can tolerate it, you might try changing the top or bottom
margin on all the pages to allow 1-2 extra lines of printing.
