subject: The printing of a Docfile

Hi All,
In one of the software (in my case the program Fastecho) there is a docfile
which I want to print out. I am using Word '97.
After opening the said Docfile in Word I see that it counted 375 pages. On
looking at the print-view, I discovered that after each page, the next page
only had one ow two lines at the top and for the rest it is blank. My printer
has been configured to use A4-paper, but obviously the page breaks in the
docfile are based on slightly longer paper (Folio, I presume).
Now is there a way where I can automatically re-arrange them page breaks in
order to match the A4-paper? Or do I have to remove all the page breaks
manually one by one? (I hope not).
And I have come across this problem quite often before in docfiles of other
softwarwe.
Regards,
Charles.
