Well you would qualify for the upgrade to word 6.0 or 7.0 or the latest that
comes with office 97 for that matter.  You wouldn't have to install the 2.0

you didn't want to either as long as you have the floppies.  It will most
likely ask you for a disk when your doing the upgrade.
