Older versions of OLX used a built-in version of PKZIP 1.10. Only
the last one or two (1.53, and maybe 1.52) are compatible with PKZIP
2.04g. Your solution is to select "external packer" from the options.
To verify that the QWK packets you download are good, try to unzip
them directly with PKUNZIP 2.04g directly from a DOS prompt. If that
doesn't work, the problem is on the BBS's end, not yours.
P.S. Versions 1.5x ARE newer than 3.xx. They were renumbered to be
in sync with QmodemPro.
