     Hmm...  how about ION connection type?  That is, which piece of
information  to pay attention to....  Is the ION a Static IP -- i.e. the
QUAD number never changes and can be listed by number?  Or, is the ION a
Dynamic IP -- i.e. the DNS name never changes, but rather points to an ever
changing dynamic QUAD number pool.  (For example, my router just went down
and none of my new name servers know of HarborWebs.  I had to Telnet in via
Quad Number or I wouldn't get in at all!)
