You only get fido echos from me...

... so you don't gain anything by going to QWK.

So, why can't you use Tobruk do process your PKTs? It should work. What
didn't work? I can probably fix the problem.

Secondly, I have a PKT->QWK converter here, FREQ PQWK*.*.

It compiles for OS/2 and DOS, and you'll have to tell me whether or not it
compiles under Linux, and I can probably fix it. But you shouldn't be
going that route anyway.

MP> Apart from that, it's really a case of panic stations. I can't think of

MP> filter, but that strips To: lines and I really like the personal quality of
MP> Fido messages. Do you have any idea on what I could do?

I can only help you with the Fido side. Start from the beginning. First of
all, you haven't actually got any packets from me, so I don't know how you
would know that you didn't have a problem.

Secondly, you downloaded the wrong file. You should have downloaded
TMLJOIN.TXT. Since we are in the stages of trying to get this to work for
the first time on a Linux environment, if you post your details to me in a
message in here (instead of sending it via crashmail like I normally
require), I'll set it up so that you can start getting mail. When it's all
tossing into a messagebase, we'll see if we can do the reverse.

BFN. Paul.
