I used DTD because I am familiar with DTD.  I almost made a conversion to
schema, but I wasn't sure if we were going that route or not.

Not to get to far off topic, but I am also a developer who prefers dotNet
over java.  I am currently working on a system I call 'New Wave' which will
be a 'NEW Fidonet' bbs/mailer when I am done with it.  I will be making
dotNet nodelist tools once we tie down exactly what schema we will use.
