Well, he is still around. I was beginning to believe the hogs got you.
I have carried my 336 Marlin in my truck for about 20 years. It is beat up
from hauling all over Texas and three surrounding states. It has its own
saddle case , cause it has spent a lot of time horse back. Yes, its old, but
it still gets the job done. And if I would load down from a 200 grain
bullet, it might not have as much felt recoil. But regardless of recoil, I
think the .35 Remington is one of the finest working, saddle guns made. Just
my opinion.
