Select Insert/Field/Date and time/Date, then press the Options button
and select a layout option that includes the year as you want it. Click
on the textbox and edit the string to include only "jjjj".
The field code should now look like
    DATE \@ "jjjj"
    
Now click OK until you return to the document.
