Use Formfields to represent the name/address/etc. in your template. Mark
the name field and select Edit/Bookmark, you'll now see a list of the
bookmarks that Word automagically made for the formfields. Remember the
name of the name field bookmark.
In the header on page 2 you can now Insert the Field 'reference' (I
couldn't find the correct English name of that field because I'm using a
localized version of Word). Click the Options button and select the
bookmark of the name field.
Make a bookmark at the position where the main text of the letter
starts. 
Make a macro (call it for example EndForm) with the following lines:
    Sub MAIN
        ToolsUnprotectDocument
        EditGoTo .Target="MainText"
    End Sub
    
Now edit the last formfield in your template (right click and options
for field). Make sure that upon leaving this field your macro will be
executed.
Put the cursor in the first form field and select Tools/Protect
Document/Forms/OK. Now save your template.
When you use this template the header in page two will _not_ show the
right name, but as a default Word will update all fields just prior to
printing. If that does not work check the appropriate options in the
Tools/Options window.
