Yeah, these guys can spend more money on ads in a few months than Atari
even has in the bank.

Perhaps they're going to spend that money instead on getting back into
computers.  Might be for the best: how about a $500 Falcon/Jaguar
computer with TCP/IP and a Java-ready Web browser in ROM?  :-)
Some industry pundits were talking about $500 computers to get "the
masses" into the Web.

I think I remember seeing exactly three Atari commercial in that time
frame, and NONE lately.

Sega commercials have just started to over run the Sony ads in the last
3-4 days.  Even so, it really looks like the Sony is the better product
and that Sega is heading for trouble.  Which is better in your opinion?
 
Gee, it would sure have been nice to have seen some of the Jaguar
graphics on TV to have in comparison!  :-/
