I don't think thats quite true,there is quite a lot of interchange
of information via staff exchanges.I learned a lot from people at
Bragg and Quantico,and I think it was mutual,especially in anti-terrorist
techniques.
In fact on the wall above my computer here there is a plaque that
was presented to me by your SEAL team 4 after I taught a course there.
