  It would be better to use a separator before From: or the program
would be confused by triple names and hyphens. But in any case it's
only the To: we need.

  Exactly! I meant a To: line in the header. UUCP allows 'X-" lines in
the header, and X-Comment-To: already exists. Does Watergate know
about it?
