DS->  I don't have any copy of WIN95.  I am running Word 6.0 under WINOS2.
DS->  I think that the clobbered file is related to the problem I mentioned
DS->  about seeing an error message which says that a file is missing (name
DS->  something like MF000000.TMP) because I recall seeing that message as I
DS->  was printing out the file the night before.  Something garbled the disk
DS->  version of the *.DOC file, and then Word did not recognize the file as
DS->  a Word document.
DS->  From what I have heard, Word stores a document as an original and then
DS->  some number of changes.  That is why the new paragraph I had typed was
DS->  not at the beginning, but much later in the file by itself.
