  It's very easy to track 27Mhz with a loop, hunting in pairs. We
could run a mobile down in less than ten minutes, and a fixed station
was just a matter of driving there. It's a lot of fun.

  How would he know who delivered them if you'd doctored the path and
got in on someone else's password?

  Most wouldn't even know. I'm not talking about illegal paths, just
misleading ones.
