Its horses for courses.The HK53 is military hardware,it's not intended
as a police type weapon and in it's intended setting it's good.

Enough to quickly hit any man sized target within 150 metres,without
resorting to the spray and pray school of marksmanship ;-)
If I can't use that SMG acurately at 150-200 metres on single shot I
don't want to use it at all.

And it serves that purpose I suppose,it does however need lot of
practice to use competently,and lets face it the vast majority
of people who were issued with it just never fired enough rounds
to be anything other than _very_ ordinary.
