Geez I hate people sometimes.  I decided to have another go at making UUPC
from the source code, and after an hour, I still didn't succeed. I managed
to get individual files to compile though.  I was thinking maybe I should
create a .cmd file that compiles the lot.

But then I remembered the lack of purpose - I've forgotten what I was
attempting to achieve in the first place!

So what do we REALLY need?

Sounds like Jeff's got it organized about getting X-Comment-To into
watergate.  I've hacked Tin to make it do that.  I expect Bob will do that
in his software.

I guess the major issue now for me is the ability to establish
international links via email addresses.  I guess I have to wait for an
answer on that one from the mailing list.
