Ok, thanks to Andrew Clarke, who told me (after I told him he needed snews)
that he obtained it from oak.oakland.edu in the pub/simtelnet/msdos/ uucp
directory (or similar), I went there and got it for myself!  I also found
in the same place UUPC, so I got that too.  It appears that it's older than
the one that Keith has though, but anyway, all available for FREQ from me,
UPC12P*.* and SNEWS*.* and SNWS*.*.  Hmmm, I think I'll go and open up the
FREQ limits on my system...  BFN.  Paul.
