  Either that, or work out a way around. What if you had a secret
PEnet-Agent in California, and he did the AVT gating there? Do you
think it might work? If the Fido-wannkers in the USA turn nasty, we
could move to Europe.

  That's what I like about your PEnet idea... once you start using the
Internet to transport it. It wonlt be long before everyone with a
computer has an ISP, and we no longer have to rely on "free" hobbyist
transport and free-hobbyist-fuckwits who impose their own silly rules.
