I have a template for 2 page letters that works fine, except I cannot 
figure out how to have the page 2 header "automatically" pick up the 
name from the inside address of the letter.
The letter to Mr. and Mrs. H. Jones has as its header on page 2:
Mr. and Mrs. H. Jones
May 5, 1997
Page 2
   How do I avoid having to retype the name manually for each header?
