  I was talking (to Jeff, I think) about OFFLINE mail v. online. Now
you have seized on my use of the word "e-mail". 

  Let me give you a tip. If you want me to answer your mail, go with
the flow of the argument, don't seize on the misuse of words. The
subject was offline v. online, not what e-amil means. I already know
that.
