Thanks for that, Doug. That's very instructive, and it's confirmed
my worst fears about Pascal... it's a do-it-yourself language.
I'm used to VB where it's all done for you, and the functions are
pretty-much all there is. The problem is that I'm constantly working
around things. In Pascal, it looks like I'll have to invent even the
most basic functions. Aaarrrgh!
But that code was a great help. There were a couple of nice little
tricks in there and it's good to see Pascal used properly, rather than
my poor version. I guess I'll get there eventually.
