If you include the spreadsheet in your Word document by using an OLE
link, you can access the Excel spreadsheet by dubbleclicking on the
spreadsheet.
You can do this by: Insert/Object.../Use file and then select the
spreadsheet file.
Word tables can only contain absolute cell coordinates, so it won't be
easy to copy formulas to other cells.
