So I take it you are running OS/2? What version? How big is your swapfile?
How much memory? Have you configured it do things like dos=high to give you
more conventional memory for windows?
Are you running tight on disk space?
I'm getting the sense that you are running low on resources (memory or
swapfile space) somewhere.
Did you have any other windows programs open when this happened?
