Apparently there is an issue with telephone companies practicing Cramming.
These companies add unauthorized service charges to customer's telephone
bills which are often small enough to escape notice. If you go to
http://www.lawyersandsettlements.com/case/telephone_service_charges_cramming_fraud
they have more information on this as well as what can be done about it.
There is a free case evaluation provided for those who might have been
billed for unwanted telephone charges. I found this of interest and hope
that it may be of some help.
