I have a user using QMPro v1.53 (DOS), with a USR 288 Sportster. The latest *.PDF from MSI lists a USR 288 modem file but not particularly for the sportster. I guess using the settings in this file are somewhat OK, but not exactly tuned and his xfer rates suffer. Can anyone suggest modem strings which might help him that I can pass on?
