You need a graphics manipulation program to cut your signature out of the
received fax. Winfax Pro includes the manipulation program, but Winfax lite
may not. Another option is to use screen preview of the received fax and use
a screen capture program (such as hypersnap) to copy your signature to a
graphics file and paste it into Word.
Fax is not a very high resolution. I recommend that you use a wide felt
marker and sign your name on a piece of paper larger than you normally do.
Then when you fax it to yourself, you can shrink it down and have acceptable
quality. I've been using a signature for years which I created this way.
