You apparently did not understand the message which was posted to you 
previously by another user.  You must enable the option to update fields when 
printed.
Do this by the following (commands may be different in your version of Word):
        Tools\Options\Print\Update fields
This is a check box which must be selected.
When you print, your filename field will be updated.
