That was a paint pen using high silver content paint as I recall. Yuo
used to be able to get it is a bottle also. Haven't seen it in a while.
Radio Shack is only a Shadow of it's former self for the Electronics
Experiementer.
Over the years I saddly have seen that type of "Stock" disappear.
