 donm't always believe rthem. I checked my Phone and SBC/Yahoo said YES
 but Verison said NO.
That could mean that I am on the borderline and SBC is cheating a
little(Which is highly possable concidering whsat a slime bal lcompany
they are) to sucker you into buying .In either case I am out near the
limit and while Twice as fast as dial up might seem attractivew it is
really no better as you are still have severly limited speeds.
