As a telephone line is a reqirement here, and they claim that one can run 
fax/data modems on that line as well as ADSL, I guess so, still only POTS 
here, but if my car repairs can be done and leave me enough money in pocket to 
pay the "Installation fee" for which they do absolutely nothing to earn SA 
R404.00

I will then definitely test the claim ...
