*Exactly* my point. (Read previous.) We've had a blackout of service from
morning to afternoon, with hardly a mention or a whisper of an apology. I've
called next door, about five times one day, at *least* twice punching in the
numbers, and the call didn't even ring his phone. Other calls did that very
afternoon, so, his equipment was working.

I don't think we have to "be happy" with this, but others seem to
go along with
it.
