That's exactly why I *don't* think I'll be switching over to ADSL, I'm in 
Calgary, and a company called Startec is offering (starting at $19.00) per 
month ADSL service. But Startec is out of BC. They would have to have some 
kind if switching offer here in Calgary, still might be really slow.
