Yes, I enjoy the 24/7 connection and not tying up the phone all the
time.

Maybe Startec has a place on their web page that allows you to enter
your phone number to see if you can get ADSL service from them,

I saw sbcglobal.net had that test on their page but I can't remember the
URL right now.
