That's the only thing I adjusted from the previous config in TB 2.0.0.24

Now that *that* field is cleaner (I removed some 8-bit characters), I wonder if
the double-spacing will go away if I revert back to 2.0.0.24

The double-spacing is NOT a problem in email where the line with "Mozilla/5.0
(Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; ..." is not used.

If I could disable the text in that tearline completely, that would be a good
fix.  I hate that long string anyway.  I could adjust it in the previous TB
2.0.0.24 and the new version on my Win7 pc, but this 3.0.11 does not.  :(
