It's a pity that those who raise objections to refineries, dams, reservoirs, levees,
power plants etc. can't be cut off from the product or service provided by
what they're
objecting to.  You don't want a refinery in town, fine, you can't get
gasoline any more;
object to a power plant, fine, you're disconnected from the power grid.  Etc.
