ALL communities are Required by the Federal Goverment to provide
"Household" Hazard Waste disposal, typicaly Free.

Here outside the City Limits, unincorporated areas, San Diego County
it is done by one of the Trash Pickup companies. BUY it is by
applintment only. They do it on the 2nd and 4th vSaturday each month
with a 15 Gallon and 125 Pound total volume limit.
The City of San Diego itself has a property TAX for Trash disposal and
they collect it at the City Landfill. You need to show a Drivers
licence or Utility Bill to Prove you live within the City Limits.
