I never saw the original post, but you can download older versions of 4NT
from http://www.4dos.info/.

On a Win2K+ box, you can also run:

mkdir c:\temp
mkdir c:\temp\4nt
4nt802.exe /extract:c:\temp\4nt

 Directory of c:\temp\4nt

2008-02-20  17:23              .
2008-02-20  17:23              ..
2008-02-20  17:23               105 4nt.ini
2008-02-20  17:23           349,696 4nt.msi
2008-02-20  17:23         3,801,953 disk1.cab
               3 File(s)      4,151,754 bytes

Then:

extract /e disk1.cab

I'm Not sure if this actually helps, but it's one way to avoid actually
installing it on the box where you're extracting the files.
