This file summarizes changes made between SysTools versions 1.01 and
1.02. It is of interest primarily to users who have upgraded from
version 1.01.
Bugs fixed

- Finding rise/set times could lock program due to infinte loop in
iteration scheme
STBASE
- UpCase/LoCase incorrect for VP/2
STBCD
- FormatBcd returns wrong string
STCOLL
- Doesn't call DisposeData procedure on Free
STDATEST
- Incorrect picture mask returned for some non-US countries
STREGINI
- Changed Readxxx functions to return default when Registry key could
not be opened
- DeleteKey did not delete unless full path (less primary key) was
specified
- Added test for 0 length line when parsing an INI file
- DeleteKey does not always delete even when OK
- ReadBinaryData always returned the default value when reading an INI
file or 16-bit Registry because the StringToBytes method was failing.
STSTRL
- TrimL clears the string if the last char is a space
STSTRL/S
- AsciiPosition/WordPosition falsely return True
- JustFileName GPFs if given empty string.
STTEXT
- TextFlush returns improper value
STUTILS
- EnumerateFiles ignored Hidden and System files
