The BBS your BBS picks this echo up from (640/201) will have it.  Why not
ask your sysop to pick it up?  It only averages around 50 messages per
week, but I expect it'd be essential reading for anyone seriously
interested in Delphi.

Sorry, no.  I only rarely look in there myself (no OS/2 support), so I'd
most likely miss any replies.  Your friendly sysop will probably help, if
