Initial testing has shown that the NewsSync mod is very buggy.  It imported
the last 500 messages from FidoNews under one subject.

Additionally, it re-imports messages sent out back into the phpBB database
so every sent message is duped.

New posts from the Hub system's JamNNTPd system are being imported into the
initial imported subject instead of starting a new topic as is expected.

It looks like it is not ready to be used at this time. :(
