 It adds some features to GEM and your window handling - add the BOTTOM
 event and allows you to put the scroll arrows down by the sizer.  It
 lets you change window colors.  It increases the number of available
 windows from 7 to 40, and a few other little things.  Most of these
 features are already in MultiTOS, but WinX is still kinda nice.  I
 don't use it personally though.
