My favourite is the HK53 in 5.56,or MP5-k if something shorter is
needed.I'm a big M1911 fan myself,but about the only pistol I used
much was the Browning Hipower in 9mm.

My wife is exactly like that, she's into this health food thing....
low fat,low salt,low taste...tabasco and a good beer to go with it
almost makesit tolerable.
