Working full time++ and I'm also in the progress of moving to a new
apartment...

Maybe you can use some of the ideas?

Micael Bülow also has a "proof-of-concept" implementation of a
Fido WWW -interface at "http://bulow.nu/fidonet/ifbb/". Mostly
Swedish/Nordic areas but I think you'll get the idea.

I believe it uses a MS SQL server back end and a PKT<-- XML converter to
get it in and out of the DB.

Further more, I have a home cooked Java/SQL Fido system that can import and
export messages in both Type 2+ and XML. It currently uses the format on
the web site listed above. It's not production quality yet but it's proof
that it can be done. :-)
