Recalling my last residence a Christian owned quadplex
with three resident Christians and one atheist, guess who,
I relate the following.
While I was there one Christian stabbed his wife, another
routinely beat his wife many times 
to the point of hospitalisation but he's dead now from a cocaine
overdose. Pastor Buck sodomized an 8 year old boy and is
currently serving time in Florida state prison.
Another tenant was a male prostitute and crackhead.
Fred Steadlander downstairs was an elderly and senile 
gentleman and though he had greater mobility than I guess
who cleaned up after him when he overflowed his toilet
repeatedly making a huge disgusting mess?
Was it the pastor in Apt. 4, a decent enough fellow,
was it the Christian couple in Apt. 2? No it was 
the wicked old atheist in Apt. 3 and in case you've not guessed
I am that atheist. This despite Fred was a royal PITA holloring
up the stairwell at all hours.
Oh yeah good Christian owner Pastor Gary Aluisy after perchasing the 
house, incorporating as tax exempt and collecting rents for a year
defaulted on the mortgage having paid not nickle one.
this dude must be really excited about the new
"faith based initiative" moneys soon to be available
as he's also defaulted on several other tax exempt income properties
around town. One of Aluisy's properties was shut down by the city
council for drug and criminal activities. 
Oh yeah the good christian pastor went berzerk when the married
christian couple in apt. 2 put up some holloween decorations
for their kids.  I should have narc'ed out the place to
the IRS as they didn't meet requirements for the tax exempt
status and collected myself a tidy percentage as it's the IRS
way but I was afraid it'd trail back to the former pastor
who owned the place who was a decent enough fellow.
Lets see some 20 percent of the taxes for almost nine years...
Yeah that'd buy a pizza or two.
