we dont need a msgbase at all, what is needed is a design that can be
parsed in php and is fast to render to html on webpages
what the c code does is to be a brigde between binaries pkt and xml
when dir structure is done we end have
/ root
/ area echomail
/ area php.xml
msg list
.. browsers load this in a php code

this will create another problem sooner or later when one wants to have
toss happen on another computer that is not the webserver
no ?
