(_Town & Country_ Pogues concert video)
KN> I liked it partly because I went to see them on that tour..

Oooh! NOW I'm jealous.. I've never seen the Pogues in concert. :-(

 KN> ..just ended up leaving.

Ack! It'd a took a team of wild horses to drag me outta there! (doubtless
you'd have counted me among the 'sphincterheads' )

KN> It was a great show, but a bad experience.

I do know exactly what you mean, I've had several such myself.

RM>> Have you ever heard the _Poguetry In Motion_ EP? How the Nipple
 RM>> Erectors/Nips material?

 KN> Naw, any good?

_Poguetry In Motion_ is great! It contains my all-time favorite Pogues song,
"Planxty Noel Hill". A real gem, it is.

The Nips material.. I like it a lot, but it's essential only for Pogues
fanatics, really. Not much of a traditional influence to this stuff, it's
pretty much straight Punk Rock. But at it's best, "Gabrielle", Stavordale
Road No. 9", "Vengeance", etc., it's very, very good indeed!

... If you lay down, it increases the chances that you'll get screwed.
